Scheduling information
If you request a consultation, Cal.com may collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, requested time, timezone, and booking responses. Cal.com processes that information to manage the request, send booking messages, and connect the approved appointment to the TradeLead Co Google Calendar.
Google may process confirmed calendar-event information and related business email according to the applicable Google terms and privacy documentation.
How TradeLead Co uses information
TradeLead Co uses consultation information to review your requested time, communicate about your business needs, prepare a website concept, provide requested services, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.
Website hosting and technical data
Our hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as request metadata and IP addresses, under their applicable terms. TradeLead Co does not operate a server-side lead endpoint, use advertising pixels, or set third-party advertising cookies on this site.
Embedded scheduling service
The website displays a booking experience operated by Cal.com and provides a direct Cal.com fallback link. Cal.com may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to provide scheduling, prevent abuse, preserve your timezone, and complete the booking flow.
Retention and security
Booking and calendar information is retained in the applicable Cal.com and Google accounts according to business needs, vendor controls, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask TradeLead Co to correct or delete information under our control by emailing hello@tradeleadco.com. Requests involving vendor-held records may require action through Cal.com or Google.
