01 / Your next step
What does your site need to do?
Choose the closest fit. This is a scoping guide, not a quote or an automatic package decision. No answers are saved or sent anywhere.
A simple contact site, a multi-page explanation, and an online store are different jobs. Choose above or read the comparison below.
One clear offer
Launch may fit when one page can explain your offer, show relevant proof, and make contact simple.
More to explain
Growth may fit when services or products need separate explanations, or customers should request times you approve. It includes up to five pages, not automatically five.
Online transactions
Checkout, inventory, memberships, and complex integrations are not promised by either base package. Keep a working store; discuss the exact requirements before any quote.
02 / Build cost
Pay for a defined scope.
Not a vague promise.
These are TradeLead's published packages, not a market-average estimate. A free working preview comes first. Your written agreement defines the paid work.
Founding eligibility must be confirmed. Ask about current availability before deciding. The public founding limit is five clients, counted only when an agreement is accepted and the initial payment is received. Regular prices are shown below; no spot is reserved by using this guide.
One focused page
Launch
Regular new-client price: $750
- A tailored, mobile-friendly one-page website
- Clear call, text, and message actions as agreed
- First-year standard domain allowance up to $25
- Basic setup so search engines can understand the business

Best fit: one main offer that can be explained clearly on a single page.
Room for distinct needs
Growth
Regular new-client price: $1,200
- Everything in Launch
- Up to five focused pages
- Client-owned appointment requests: customers choose a time, you review and approve it
- Four QR codes and placement guidance
- Visit and source analytics setup in client-owned systems
Best fit: services or products that need separate explanations, or an agreed booking-request flow. Not a bundled online store.
Your address
A domain is the web address customers type. Already have one? Keep it in your account. Connecting it has no additional fee; existing website and business-email settings are checked first.
Your website
You own the completed site after the project is paid. Your domain and business accounts stay under your control. Optional support is not required to keep ownership.
Your ongoing costs
For a website without an optional support plan, renew the domain directly at the provider's current price after year one. Standard Cloudflare Pages hosting can remain $0 within its free usage limits; paid upgrades need approval.
What the price doesn't cover: printing, signs, decals, wraps, packaging production, paid software, advertising, and work outside the agreement. Business email is separate from these one-time website packages. The first-year domain allowance is up to $25, not a cash credit.
03 / Bring this to any quote
Six questions worth asking.
Use this checklist with TradeLead or any website provider. A useful comparison is about responsibilities and costs—not just the biggest feature list.
- What can my customer actually do?
Separate contact links, appointment requests, and online checkout. Ask which actions are included, and which need another service.
- What content earns its own page?
Give a distinct service or product enough room to answer real questions. Don't buy a set of near-identical city pages.
- Who owns the address, site, and accounts?
Ask who registers the domain, where the site lives, and what you keep if you stop paying for optional support.
- What happens in year two?
Get the domain renewal rule, hosting limits, email costs, and paid-app requirements in writing.
- What counts as a revision or a new project?
Agree on the page count, revision rounds, launch dependencies, and exclusions before work begins.
- Where do customer requests go?
Use an approved business-owned service. Make sure an appointment request isn't called confirmed before someone approves it.

Start with a working preview.
No contract or payment is required just to see your first preview.
1. Intro call
Request a 15-minute time and discuss your business. Requested times stay pending until reviewed and confirmed.
2. Working preview
Within 48 hours after the intro call, see a working site you can open on your phone. A preview is not a finished launch.
3. Your decision
Move forward only if it fits. Agree on scope and payment before launch. Around a week is an estimate, depending on content and domain access.

Before you decide
A few important distinctions.
Will more pages get me higher rankings?
Not automatically. Choose pages because customers need useful, distinct information. Search changes can take weeks or months to assess. Indexing, rankings, traffic, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.
Can you improve my website without replacing everything?
Discuss what already works first. Keep your existing domain and working business systems under your control. The right scope depends on what you need; a rebuild isn't the automatic answer.
Does a request mean an appointment is confirmed?
No. In an approved booking flow, the customer requests a time, the business reviews it, and the scheduling service records the final confirmation. An acknowledgment is not an approved appointment.
